I was asked recently about the difference between an implicit wait vs and explicit wait when it comes to web development. My training did…not encompass this term so I did a deep-dive to figure out more. ¶ I started out by asking what is the difference between the two. This led me to a bunch of articles on the Selenium Webdriver — which is pretty incredible when it comes to it’s functionality. Uploading Images and Processing with RMagick
Images can make or break a website.I recently spent a day working with images on one of our team web apps for the Flatiron School. After going down many rabbit holes, I found out that processing images can be incredibly easy within the app with the right instructions. ¶ First step is figuring out what images you will be working with. A user of a program that does not know how to fix the problem may learn enough about the problem to be able to avoid it until it is permanently fixed.
